3. Vendor Responsibilities and Listing Guidelines
All Vendors on Lilies are expected to honor and uphold the spirit of modest fashion. While we recognize that styles may vary, Vendors should ensure that their listings meet the following criteria:
- Appropriate Coverage
- Tops, dresses, and bottoms should provide sufficient coverage of the chest, midriff, and thighs.
- Sheer or transparent fabrics are acceptable when layered or designed to maintain overall modesty.
- Respect for Cultural and Religious Sensitivities
- Garments should not feature offensive imagery or text that may belittle any faith, culture, or group.
- Designs incorporating cultural or religious motifs should be authentic and respectful.
- Accurate Product Descriptions
- Provide clear and honest descriptions that highlight product details such as fabric, fit, color, and sizing.
- Include measurements, size charts, or any relevant information that helps Buyers understand the item’s level of coverage.
- Imagery Requirements
- Photos and videos should reflect modest styling. Models should be portrayed in a manner consistent with the modesty standards outlined here.
- Graphic or sexualized images, poses, or content that may contradict the core values of modest fashion are not allowed.
- Quality Control
- Ensure the products you sell are free from defects, made from quality materials, and represented truthfully in your listings.

4. Prohibited Content and Activities

- Hate Speech or Harassment

- Illegal or Counterfeit Items

- Items prohibited by law or regulation in applicable jurisdictions.
- Misrepresentation or Deception
- Listing products or content that is intentionally misleading, false, or deceptive.
- Failing to disclose important details about product flaws, authenticity, or origin.
- Violation of Privacy
- Sharing personal or identifying information about any individual without their consent.

5. Community Standards for Buyers and Vendors
To foster a welcoming and respectful environment, all Users of Lilies are expected to uphold the following community standards:

- Constructive Feedback
- Share product reviews or feedback in a helpful, factual, and respectful manner.
- Refrain from using reviews to harass Vendors or Buyers.
- Honesty and Transparency
- Provide accurate information when creating accounts, making purchases, or listing items.
- Disclose any conflicts of interest or biases that may influence reviews or product endorsements.
- Cultural Sensitivity
- Show understanding of various cultural and religious contexts of modest fashion.

6. Enforcement of Guidelines

- Lilies reserves the right to monitor product listings, community interactions, and user activity to ensure compliance with these Guidelines.

- Violations
- Users found in violation of these Guidelines may face actions such as content removal, listing suspension, account suspension, or account termination, depending on the severity and frequency of the violation.
- Lilies maintains sole discretion in determining whether specific content or conduct violates these Guidelines.
- Reporting Mechanism
- If you encounter content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, please report it to us by using the Platform’s reporting features or contacting our [Customer Support] directly.

7. Appeals and Conflict Resolution
